Cablivi or caplacizumab-yhdp is a targeted antibody fragment used to treat acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (aTTP) in adults. It works by binding to the A1-domain of the von Willebrand factor (vWF), preventing its interaction with platelets which reduces abnormal platelet adhesion and consumption.
